This part is commonly lost when the machine is cleaned. It is located inside the Clear plastic bowl and is designed to locate the spiral in place. Without this part the spiral will not be seated correctly and the machine leak as the machine starts to produce slush. This sealing ring is essential and always worth having as a spare.
