At Slush Direct, we prioritize food safety and quality; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened syrups and machinery to ensure your refreshment business runs smoothly. Due to health regulations, all consumable products must be returned in their original, tamper-evident packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened slush syrups, concentrates, or equipment in their original shipping boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the seals are intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
